The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is one of the most compelling all-in-one inkjet printers on the market for small offices and home businesses. Sitting at the top of HP's OfficeJet Pro lineup, it delivers fast print speeds, excellent colour accuracy, and a well-thought-out feature set — all backed by HP's Smart app and the HP+ subscription service.
Specifications
Design & Build
The OfficeJet Pro 9015e has a clean, professional look that won't look out of place on any desk. The flatbed scanner lid opens smoothly and the 35-sheet automatic document feeder handles multi-page jobs reliably. Build quality is solid, with no flex in the chassis.
Print Quality
Text documents come out razor-sharp with excellent edge definition at default settings. Colour prints are vibrant and accurate, suitable for client-facing documents. Photo output is good but not exceptional — this is a document printer at heart.
Speed & Efficiency
At 22 ppm mono and 18 ppm colour HP's figures are close to real-world results, which is unusual. First page out time is around 10 seconds. Warm-up from sleep mode is quick at under 6 seconds, a genuine advantage in busy environments.
Connectivity & Software
The HP Smart app is genuinely excellent — one of the best printer companion apps available. Remote printing, ink monitoring, scan-to-cloud, and print job history all work reliably. HP+ users get access to extended warranty and Instant Ink, which meaningfully reduces running costs.
Running Costs
Standard cartridges yield around 315 pages mono and 330 pages colour. XL cartridges double that at a better cost-per-page. With HP Instant Ink the economics improve substantially, bringing mono cost-per-page under $0.01.
