Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification
If content you submitted or that references your work has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing or that content was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
